Mojo can be found among the cooler region of the Adelaide Hills, the Mediterranean climate of the Mclaren Vale, to the hot, dry vineyards of the Barossa Valley. It is from these diverse vineyards that winemaker Marty o’Flaherty hand selects the varietals that will express the essence of a Mojo wine.

Their Sauvignon Blanc is produced from fruit parcels sourced within the Adelaide Hills – producing a fine cool climate white. In conjunction with the climate the fruit produces clean crisp whites with great supporting acidity.

Their chardonnay is crafted from vineyards located in the McLaren Vale. This allows the consistent full rounded palate with hints of nuttiness balanced with crisp acidity.

The Shiraz hails from vineyards extending across the Barossa Valley. The moderate, continental climate provides idyllic conditions for a wide number of full-bodied red grape varieties.  It is these warm, unique growing conditions that O’Flaherty tries to harness in the Mojo Shiraz.

The mojo prowess now extends to Pinot Gris, NV Fizz Sparkling, and Cabernet Sauvignon. A broad, versatile and economical houseguest.
